COVID-19 Policy

The use of face masks is mandatory during all our tours. This is due to the current regulations established by the Peruvian governmente. Also, all members of our tour agency are required to wear face masks and are tested regularly.

Please keep social distance and wait for the instructions of the members of our staff during the tour.

Hand sanitizer gel is available throughout all our tours. You must sanitize your hands prior to starting any tour.

Do not share food, utensils or your personal items with others during the trip. Wherever feasible, windows are opened.

On our vessels, we continue to operate on a one-way system; please obey the arrows on the deck and maintain social distance to the best of your abilities, especially while seated. Please exit the boat in a timely manner.

While our staff should be able to aid anyone who appears to be slipping or falling in order to avoid harm, we are unable to provide our typical level of assistance, and hence cannot assist with baggage, pushchairs, or other items.

We respectfully request that all passengers book online or via contactless payment wherever feasible to minimize touch during transactions. Please ensure that you have correct change when paying with cash.

All our vessels are completely cleaned prior to the start of each day’s program and at the conclusion of each day. Additionally, during the day, heavy traffic areas will be cleaned.
